Rented items for pick-up

  • Items that are picked up from the store by the customer must be inspected and counted by the customer prior to leaving the store’s premises.

  • Once equipment/linen/ other items for rent have been removed from PARTY TIME PARTY SUPPLIES and signed by renter, it is said that the customer has found all equipment, linens, etc. have been rented in to good and safe working conditions.

  • All rentals are charged daily unless stated or written on the contract, additonal days will be charged if returned late.

Rented Items for Delivery

  • Linens

  • Equipment

  • Etc.

  • Must be checked, counted and insprected by customer prior to the driver leaving.

  • Any defects or damage to delivered items must be noted to driver prior to them leaving.

  • Renter is responsible for loading rented equipment being picked up.

  • Our drivers are not responsible for setting up equipment or carrying up stairways unless approved prior to delivery.

  • Any deliveries to parks must be approved prior to delivery.

  • Once equipment/linen/other items for rent have been removed from PARTY TIME PARTY SUPPLIES, delivered and signed by reciever, it is said that the customer has found all equipment, linens, etc. items in good and safe working conditions.

LINEN RENTAL POLICY

While using the Linen at your event or party, please be sure to follow the below guidelines:
NO CANDLE WAX
NO HOT GLUE OR COLD GLUE USAGE
NO GLITTER
NO WRITING OR MARKINGS
NO BURN – CIGARETTES, CIGARS, FLAMES, HEATERS.
NO HEAVY GREASE ON LINEN
NO STITCHING, CUTTING OR MODIFYING LINEN OF ANY SORT.
NO KIDS PLAYING WITH LINEN NOT PLACED ON TABLE OF ANY SORT
NO GUM OR STICKING ITS ON LINEN
NO PAPER, DEBRIS OR FOOD LEFT ON LINEN WHEN RETURNED.
NO LINEN WASHING IS REQUIRED

  • Lost, greasy, glue, candle wax, torn, or damaged linen will be charged a fee for replacement.

  • ALL RENTALS AND LINEN CANCELLATION WILL BE CHARGED 20% if not cancelled at least TWO WEEKS prior to due date.

  • ALL rentals are charged daily unless stated or written on the contract, additional days will be charged if returned late.

Bounce House Policy

  • Adult supervision required when bounce house, jumpers and water slides are in use.

  • No food, shoes, or suckers which can cause choking and/or injury inside jumper.

  • Any personal injuries or property damage suffered by any person operating equipment or using items rented from Party Time Party Supplies, shall be assumed by the renter and no liability whatsoever shall attach Party Time Party Supplies.
